Return Policy
At chardaromsale, your satisfaction means everything to us. We carefully handcraft each product to ensure quality and delight — but if for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
🔄 Return Eligibility
Due to the personal and consumable nature of our products (such as candles and bath bombs), we only accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Used or opened candles, bath bombs, or jewelry

Gift cards or promotional items

Custom or made-to-order items

Final sale or clearance items
💸 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect or fulfillment error on our end.
🔁 Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We’ll happily send a replacement or offer a refund — just include clear photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
